Yes the water is free of all metals. Our process is recognized as the highest standard internationally. FDA definition of “Pure Water” is 8-10ppm. Menehune Water is 2-4. We are classed as Ultra Pure Water. Our Membranes in the reverse osmosis tanks have holes 2,000 times smaller than bacteria and viruses. The water is forced through theses membranes twice leaving only pure water molecules. We have much more of an extensive process of sterilization and sanitizing the bottles all the way through our purification process of the water to meet our strict standards.

My question is , Your delivery guy supposed to collect money for the water being delivered by him?. You have been sending bills to our address at Eleele, Kauai, and paid by me when I am in Hawaii, but when I am not there in Hawaii, I paid and add more on the bill, for the last bill 12/2/2011,for $60.70 there was a payment of $92.70. I paid extra. Adding the monthly rental for Jan,Feb,Mar & April 1st. I sent a check#1198 for $57.40, could you check how much still owes, according to(Mr & Mrs Castillo) Mr Castillo paid the delivery guy for how much, also. Thank you for your response.
